According to a new regulation issued by the Ministry of Industry and Technology, solar panels manufactured without the use of locally produced materials will not be eligible for incentives. Published in the Official Gazette, the amendment to the "Communiqué on the Implementation of the Decision on State Aid for Investments" excludes solar panels manufactured without using locally produced solar cells from the incentive certificate program.
