The Elektrik.Center User and Privacy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is executed between Elektrik.Center (hereinafter referred to as "Elektrik.Center") and the internet users who will become members of or visit https://www.Elektrik.Center (hereinafter referred to as the "User").

Elektrik.Center is a social network service that provides its members with a platform for blogging, sharing news, commenting, and engaging in discussions.

By becoming a member of Elektrik.Center or visiting Elektrik.Center, the User is deemed to have accepted this Agreement.

The User undertakes to comply with this Agreement, all other terms of use published or to be published by Elektrik.Center, and the legislation of the Republic of Turkey while visiting Elektrik.Center. Otherwise, all legal and criminal responsibility will rest with the User.

To add content to Elektrik.Center, comment on content, follow other members, add certain content to favorites, and message other members, the User must register on Elektrik.Center by clicking on the "Click to Become a Member of Elektrik.Center" link on the homepage and entering their email address, username, first name, last name, password, and other requested data, or by logging in with their Facebook account. However, content can be read, shared, reacted to with emojis, and commented on using a Facebook account without opening a membership account.

No unlawful data may be present in the membership account. Users cannot impersonate someone else, use any person’s name without permission, or create an aggressive username that provokes others.

The User is obliged to provide accurate and complete information for the membership account and to keep this information up to date.

If the User becomes a member of Elektrik.Center with a Facebook account, they are deemed to have granted Elektrik.Center access to the information on their Facebook profile, as conveyed to the User by Facebook during the membership process. The User can control which information is accessible by Elektrik.Center through the privacy settings on their Facebook account.

The User can close their membership account by clicking the “Delete My Membership” button in the profile settings. Once closed, the membership account can be reactivated.

The User irrevocably accepts that Elektrik.Center may unilaterally terminate their membership, temporarily or permanently close their membership account, delete the information in the membership account, and that the User will not make any claims against Elektrik.Center in such a case.

Elektrik.Center may delete membership accounts that have not been active for one (1) year or where no written or visual content has been posted on Elektrik.Center for one (1) year.
