- The user opens the YES app via mobile or website. They register on the system using a phone, email address, or Google account.
- After registration, they select the service area and determine the service location using Google Map integration.
- They select the service they want to receive.
- They can choose the service provider or leave it to the system.
- They make the payment for the service.
AUTHORIZED ELECTRICAL SERVICE / FIRM
- The technical service logs into the system using their user credentials via mobile or website.
- They can see the services directly assigned to them or those dropped into the pool.
- They claim the service by clicking the "take the service" button.
- If necessary, they assign their personnel to the service.
TECHNICIAN (AUTHORIZED ELECTRICAL SERVICE PERSONNEL)
- The company employee can view the service details and address via mobile access and upload a photo of the completed work to the system after providing the service to the user.
